How do I add Brands?

Watch the following video or read on to learn how to add brands.


💎 Update 0:20-0:50 - To get to the Brands section (no matter whether you are a single- or multi-project workspace), visit the Projects tab in the top navigation bar, click on the Settings Cog next your desired project's name, and select the Brands tab.


If you have not yet added a brand, you'll see an Add Brands button on the home screen. Clicking this will begin the adding brands process.

Otherwise, to add a brand, go to the home screen, then click on the Settings Cog near your project's name.

Next, select the Brands tab and click the green Add Brand button.

    Then, type in your own domain name and click the green Search button. It will show some pre-loaded options. Select which ones you would like to track, then click the green Add Conditions button.

    You'll see the conditions added under Properties.


    Type in your brand name, brand type, and reputation impact. To add more properties, click the blue Quick Add button near the bottom. You can also create a custom property.

    ⚠️ Don't forget to click the green Create Brand button!


    Adding your YouTube Channel

    Add your YouTube channel as a separate brand rather than a brand property. Click the green Add Brand button and skip the Add Brand Websites step.

    Next, fill in the brand name, brand type, and reputation impact fields, then click the Quick Add button and select Import YouTube Videos.

    Then, enter your YouTube channel URL, click Search YouTube, select the YouTube videos you wish to track, and click Add Videos. You'll see your YouTube videos added as properties.

    ⚠️ Don't forget to click the green Create Brand button!


    You can easily add your competitors' brands and YouTube channels in the same way.


    You can view the ranking data for your brands by selecting Brand in the Rollup dropdown on any dashboard.
